Schools using iglu are responsible for:

• Maintaining proper custody and pickup procedures
• Ensuring that information shared through the platform is appropriate

iglu acts as a technology platform and does not replace the school's internal policies or supervision responsibilities.

Accounts on iglu may be created by the school administration. Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Use the platform only for legitimate school-related purposes

Users are responsible for all activity performed under their account.

iglu includes a custody tracking feature that helps schools manage student pickup and drop processes. This system may track statuses such as:

• At Home
• Boarded Bus
• At School
• Handed Over

Schools may also generate secure pickup authorization codes or approvals.

iglu may provide automated insights through a feature called Intel-IQ. Intel-IQ analyzes patterns from activity logs such as mood, meals, sleep, and daily activities.

These insights are informational and designed to help parents and teachers understand trends.

Users agree not to:
